The types of customers
There are eleven types of customers; five sales-oriented types of customers and six personality types of customers as given below.
Six personality types of customers
Here is a list of 7 personality types.
This type of customer wants to purchase after the bargain.
This type of customer knows everything about your product or service and they purchase on the quality of product or service.
This type of customer wants to complain even for a small thing.
This type of customer does not have any trust on your product or service.
This type of customer makes questions about your product or service.
These customers are reserved and accept whatever your product or service is.
Keep in mind that most customers are going to be some sort of mixture of these customer types. However, understanding each type and how best to contact them, will help you entice all of the personalities and hopefully close more sales.
Five sales-oriented customers
We can divide the sales-oriented customers into five different categories as per their buying behaviors.
These types of customers are the most important customers because they mainly influence our brands. In their everyday menu, our brands are main things.
These types of customers purchase based on the discount coupons you offer.
These type of customers purchase based on urgent their needs.
These types of customers purchase based on their basic needs.
These types of customers purchase based on who offer cheaper price.
Who is your brandizen(customer)?
Understanding your customers helps you to sell your products and services more. The more you know about your customers and their needs, the easier you can sell your products on a target basis.
Customer related data
The correct data will be highly useful for analyzing the customers. This classically includes the following:
- Their age, gender, geographical background, educational background
- The entertainments of the customers
- The products they buy, where they buy, and when and how they pay
It is a great way to divide your customers into different phases because you can analyze your customers based on customer data. Collect the data of customers with and without using software.
